September 13, 2026 ~ Founded in 2018 by veteran families for veteran families, VETLIFE was created in response to the real and often unseen challenges veterans face after military service. From mental health struggles and housing instability to loss of purpose and disconnection from community, too many veterans return home without the support they deserve. Founder Josh Parish joins Michigan Voices Szajna-Carr for the Paws is an organization dedicated to caring for all K9 Officers throughout the tri-county area and extend through Michigan and beyond. They donate vital supplies, equipment, trauma first aid kits, pay for training which is not covered in their budgets and would have to come out of the officer's own pay. They have even purchased 2 K9's, one for Shelby Township and the other for Dearborn Heights. Founder Evette Szajna joins Michigan Voices
