Nov. 23, 2025 ~ The Michigan Lean Consortium (MLC) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping Michigan’s businesses, schools, hospitals, and communities work smarter, eliminate waste, and create a culture of continuous improvement. MLC offers training, coffee chats, facility tours, networking, and best-practice sharing all across the state, and it even has a focus on helping university students with careers in this area. Michigan Lean Consortium founder Debra Levantrosser joins Michigan Voices. Barbara Anderson, assistant vice president of Hospice of Michigan, talks about the Jo Elyn Nyman Pediatric Hospice Endowment Fund. As Hospice of Michigan’s first-ever pediatric endowment, the fund will help provide the highest quality hospice care for all of the not-for-profit’s pediatric patients across Michigan.
