May, 17, 2026 ~ VOA Michigan is celebrating the groundbreaking of The Booth Community, a 61-apartment Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) development located at the long-vacant former St. Mary of Redford School. The $31 million redevelopment will transform the historic building in Detroit, into safe, stable, and affordable housing for individuals and families experiencing chronic homelessness. VOA Michigan CEO Aubrey Macfarlane joins Michigan Voices. New Hope Center for Grief Support is a charitable organization dedicated to bringing hope, healing, and new beginnings to adults and children grieving the death of a loved one.
