September 20, 2026 ~ Spaulding for Children is a Southfield-based nonprofit that has licensed and supported foster and adoptive families across Michigan since 1968. The agency provides recruitment, licensing, and ongoing support for foster, adoptive, and respite families throughout the state. Spaulding CEO Melissa Jenovai joins Michigan Voices. Then, Madison Nero, Miss Wayne County 2026 joins Michigan Voices to talk to her year of service while making her way to the Miss America Opportunity program. Her goal is to be an active presence throughout Wayne County and use this title to support meaningful conversations, organizations, and community initiatives.
